Cancellation policy

We understand that travel plans may change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness to all guests.

  1. Standard Cancellations
  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in are non-refundable.
  1. No-Show Policy
  • Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
  1. Early Departures
  • No refunds will be given for unused nights if a guest checks out earlier than planned.
  1. Date Changes
  • Requests to change booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Any date change made within the cancellation period will follow the same refund rules as above.
  1. Special & Peak Season Bookings
  • During peak seasons, public holidays, or special events, bookings may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of reservation.
  1. Force Majeure
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we may offer a credit voucher for a future stay instead of a refund.
