1. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM Check-out: Before 12:00 PM Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges. A valid ID/passport is required at check-in.

2. Payment & Deposit Full payment upon check-in unless otherwise agreed. Security deposit of RM 250 (refundable upon check-out if no damages or violations occur).

3. Guest Conduct Keep noise to a minimum, especially 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No illegal activities, gambling, or prohibited items. Unregistered visitors are not allowed without prior approval.

4. Property Care Treat our property with respect — damages or losses will be charged. Do not move furniture/appliances without permission. Towels are for personal use only, not cleaning.

5. Cleanliness Dispose of rubbish in bins provided. Keep kitchen/common areas clean after use. Eating/drinking in bedrooms only if permitted.

6. Smoking, Alcohol & Drugs No smoking indoors — RM[Amount] fine applies. Alcohol in moderation in designated areas. No illegal drugs/substances.

7. Facilities Use at your own risk (BBQ, playground, beach access, etc.). Follow posted rules. Children must be supervised at all times.

8. Safety Lock doors/windows when leaving. Management is not responsible for lost items. 

9. Pets Pets are Not Allowed. 

10. Violations We may terminate your stay without refund for rule violations. Fines/damages will be deducted from the deposit.
